1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdbet ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using the bdbet website, mobile application or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

bdbet is an online betting and gaming platform operated under a valid licence. The platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 and above who are accessing the service from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. 2. Account Registration

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdbet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These payment methods are integrated directly into the platform and are available to all verified players. bdbet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your bdbet wallet within seconds under normal conditions.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• bdbet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

bdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• bdbet reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bdbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended. bdbet's decision on bonus abuse matters is final.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdbet are subject to the general betting rules in this section, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting pages. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• bdbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, bdbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• For cricket, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result has been bowled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market has already been settled.
• For in-play betting, bets are accepted subject to a short delay to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. bdbet's in-play settlement is based on official match data.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published in the relevant sport or game section.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your bdbet wallet immediately after settlement.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bdbet account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.

• bdbet will never ask for your password via any channel, including email, live chat or phone.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bdbet support immediately via live chat.
• bdbet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account.
• bdbet monitors all accounts for suspicious activity and may temporarily lock an account pending investigation if unusual behaviour is detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the bdbet platform.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, restriction or limit applied to your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Responsible Gaming
